We bring AI into your company. With your people, your systems and your data.
You have tried ChatGPT, maybe bought a few Copilot licences. Day-to-day work has barely changed. We find the work in your company where AI really helps. We build the solution at a fixed price and look after it afterwards.
Sound familiar?
A quote for a custom build takes weeks, because only two people know how to price it.
Your most experienced service technician retires in three years. What he knows is not written down anywhere.
Staff use ChatGPT on their own. Nobody knows which data leaves the company.
Your old special-purpose software has run for twenty years. Every vendor wants to replace it.
In three steps
Workshop
One day on site with you. We look at how your people work and show you where AI pays off.
Implementation
We build the one or two best ideas. At a fixed price, fitted to the systems you already have.
Operation
We look after the solution, adjust it and work with you on the next topic.
Peter Haupt ran utilitas for more than 20 years, an IT and cloud consulting firm from Aachen. His team brought Microsoft 365 into mid-sized companies. And connected it to what was already there: file servers, Exchange, old business applications nobody wanted to switch off. Almost always step by step, almost never all at once. That is how we bring in AI today.
The most important question first.
You decide which AI provider processes your data, and you sign the contract with them directly. We show you which providers have data centres in the EU.
Which companies do you work for?
Owner-led mid-sized companies.
Do we have to replace our software?
No. We build around your existing systems, old special-purpose software included.
Do we need our own AI experts?
No. We work with the people who know the process and with your IT team or IT service provider.
What does it cost?
The workshop costs 1,950 euros plus VAT and is free of charge if it takes place by October 31, 2026. Implementation has a fixed price that you know up front. We name it after the workshop, in writing.
