What happens to your data
Your data stays your data. You decide which provider processes it and where. We explain every decision before it is made.
Who runs the AI
You sign the contract with the AI provider directly. We help you choose, for example between Microsoft (Azure), OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Mistral.
Where the data is stored
Wherever possible, we use data centres in the EU.
Is your data used for training?
That depends on the provider and the plan. We show you the options and recommend the one that fits you.
Who has access
We only get the access the project needs. You can revoke it at any time.
GDPR and data processing
If we get access to personal data, we sign a data processing agreement with you. You sign one with the AI provider directly.
EU AI Act
We implement the technical requirements of the law, for example labelling and documentation. The legal assessment of your use case is up to your lawyer.
Works council
We involve it early and provide the documents it needs.
Your old systems
We use read-only access where that is enough, and change nothing without approval.
