We start small and we stay. First one day to find the right place. Then a solution at a fixed price. Then support, for as long as it is worth it to you.
STEP 1
Workshop
What happens
We come to you. We watch the people who do the work and ask questions. In the afternoon we sit down with management and rate where AI helps most.
Who takes part
Management, two to four people from the areas in question. Your IT team or IT service provider.
Duration
One day.
Result
One or two concrete proposals with benefit, effort and fixed price. In writing, within 5 working days.
Price
Regular price 1,950 euros plus VAT. Currently free of charge for workshops held by October 31, 2026.
STEP 2
Implementation
What happens
We build the solution you picked. Before we start, we agree on how to measure success, for example time per quote. We build around your existing systems and show your staff how to use it.
Who takes part
One contact person from the department, and your IT team or IT service provider.
Duration
Stated in the fixed-price offer, together with the price.
Result
A solution that runs in daily work. Sign-off happens in real operation, not in a demo.
Price
Fixed price, in writing before we start. We name it after the workshop.
STEP 3
Operation and next steps
What happens
We monitor the solution, adjust it when processes change and keep it up to date. Once a month we talk to you: what did it bring? What is the next topic?
Who takes part
Management, 30 minutes a month.
Duration
Monthly, cancellable with one month's notice.
Result
The solution keeps running, and you have one fixed contact for AI.
Price
A fixed monthly fee, stated in the offer. You pay for AI usage directly to the provider. We make nothing on it.
One contact from start to finish
The person who ran your workshop also builds the solution and looks after it. You never have to explain anything twice.

What if the workshop finds nothing that fits?
Then we tell you. You are not committed to anything.
Can we carry on without you after implementation?
Yes. You get the documentation and the access credentials.
Do you also work with our IT service provider?
Yes. That is the normal case.
