Gemba is a Japanese word from manufacturing. It means the place where the work happens. That is where we start. Not in a meeting room with slides, but with the people who do the work.

Talk with management. Where does it hurt? What should change?
09:00–12:00
We spend time in two or three areas, for example quoting, order processing, service or purchasing. We watch and ask questions.

Lunch break
13:00–14:30
We analyse: where does work take the most time? Where does AI help, and where not?
14:30–15:30
Results with management: one or two concrete proposals.
Afterwards
A written summary with a fixed-price offer within 5 working days.
Who from your side should be there
Management (in the morning and in the afternoon). Two to four employees from the areas we look at. Your IT team or IT service provider.
What you take away
A list of the places where AI saves time in your company, with an honest assessment.
One or two proposals we could implement right away, with benefit, effort and fixed price.
